The location it offers is marvellous and particularly good adjacent to Cleveleys, the lovely beach and walkway, and tram stop. Bathroom was lovely. The host was always available.

We stayed 1 night and had very relaxing time. Andrew made everything for all of us. Location was marvellous, next to lots of places, such as a Treasures gallery we wanted to visit.

It had a great and fantastic setting right by the seafront, the lovely beach and walkway, and loads of shops. In fact, it was located next to the sea.

Host treated us very well. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was modern. It had a private bathroom. It was great right on the beach. The apartment was 5 minutes walk away from Dickens Inn.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Cleveleys. The value for money was excellent and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with a great view of the sea and easy access to the beach. The hosts, Wendy and Andrew, were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it so much that it's definitely at the top of our list for future bookings.

The only improvement I can think of would be to have more breakfast offerings.

Incredible location, flat 3 was mind-blowingly clean and comfortable. The large bay window flooded the apartment with jaw-dropping natural light. The beautiful muted grey decor gave it a super modern feel. The ensuite bathroom with a hot shower was a great touch. The hosts were amazingly responsive, even helping us out when we got confused with the parking. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet. The communal area and stairs were spotless and beautifully decorated. The apartments are new and everything is fresh out of the box. The sea view from the apartment was fantastic, and the location at the sea end of Victoria Street couldn't be better. It's a real home from home experience. It's a nice place to stay that's handy for visiting family, with apartment 4 offering a lovely view of the sea. The provided amenities, including tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits, were a nice touch. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had modern decor throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location near the beach was perfect. a super stay.

Best aspects of my stay during Christmas at this hotel were the great location and the cleanliness of the apartment. The hotel is perfectly situated, offering a beautiful view of the sea and being close to all the main attractions in the area. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the responsive and helpful hosts, who were always available to assist with any queries or concerns.

Worst aspects of my stay during Christmas at this hotel were the unpleasant smell in the hallway upon arrival and the lack of cleanliness in one of the rooms. The strong odor of cannabis in the hallway was quite off-putting and not a pleasant first impression.
